Relocation of CFL Ottawa franchise...
I know that money is a big issue right now, and expansion is very highly unlikely. But with cities like Halifax, Quebec city, and Windsor all wanting a team; why doesn't the league look to just relocating the now defunct Ottawa franchise to whichever one of these cities can provide with a proper management and facility?

I would love it if it came to windsor. then i Would go to a bunch of Games. I think it would be able to work in Windsor.

Yet Windsor is real close to Detroit and the NFL game... wouldn't that be a negative? Also the Argonaughts aren't playing too far away in Toronto

Ya you say that but how far away are the Hamilton Ti-cats. Also you would have fans from detroit come over. I dont think ist a negative to have a huge group of people next to your football team. The CFL and the NFL dont always playon the same days.
