As we all know Miami will probably be getting the top pick in the draft this season, after all they are a pathetic 0-10.
There is some talent in this year draft, and it looks pretty deep. Darren McFadden will be a great, great running back, but that is not what the Dolphins need. They simply need a QB. Beck in my opinion isn't going to cut it. I know he played only one NFL game, but I don't see it working out. Same with Cleo Lemon. We all know for the most part if you don't have an effective QB you won't win. If I were the Dolphins I would trade down to about the 4 or 5 picks and take a QB. They are some decent ones out there including: Brian Brohm Andre Woodson Matt Ryan Before the season I personally would have taken Brohm because he has the size. He hasn't been having the best season, but neither has his team and that hurt his stock somewhat. Andre Woodson seems like an obvious choice though and he has an arm on him. MacFadden is a tempting choice though, but the offense would be way too one dimensional though without a passing game. Well unless you have MacFadden taking some snaps behind center!

Miami needs a lot more than a QB though. The entire franchise seems in perpetual shambles since Don Shula and Dan Marino retired.
I am in a perpetual minority for suggesting this with teams (did it with the Yucs last season) but they ought to seriously entertain trading down... But that really depends on how much other teams want certain players on the board at all positions.
