Are we talking Melky Cabrera? Isn't this kind of harsh? Have you seen the amazing highlights from this guy thus far? He's learning to play centerfield at the Major league level, but he's a tremendous fielder. If he can bat .290, 25 homers, and 95 rbi, he's a keeper. You can't teach fielding like that, and that cannon he's got, wow. He'll learn to take better routes. Remember, he hasn't started any season in the Major yet, coming in as the CFer; remember in '06 he was a replacement for Matsui in LF he played mostly. And last year, Damon's injuries necessitated him starting, thereby taking that role from Johnny Damon. But, he hasn't had a full season in CF since he was called up. And, this year is the first season he'll come in knowing he's the CF and don't have to look over his shoulders. He's only been in the majors two seasons. And didn't begin the season as the starter either season. '06 he played LF, '07 he played CF after three months; finally, he gets a full season at CF, and comes in as the starter. He's developing, only 24, and have lots to learn yes, but he's more than adequate.

For all the Yankees fan, check out my Yankees designs at the link below. I sent one of these to Arod, Jobba and George Steinbrenner. I'm hoping they'll be interested in purchasing the product for giveaway at the stadium this season. Anyway check it out and let me know what you think. Baseball : Amusing Apparel : CafePress.com

If you're biggest complaint if Melky then you need your head examined.
