Default Playoff race heating up

The Rangers looked like they were going to lose a very important game yesterday to the Bruins, until Chara promptly coughed up the puck in a prime spot and they score to the game.

Eventually winning it in the SO.

So with this win, they really put the pressure on all the other teams still fighting to make teh playoffs.

As of today the Rangers stand in 7th place, and playing pretty well.

A side note to the game against the Bruins. Hollweg received a 5 min major for boarding. For a guy who literally almost got killed by a cheapshot, you would think he would be more mindful of his own actions.

Worse yet IMHO, once he got out of the box, he was challenged by Shean Donovan, and he promptly turned and ran back to the bench. Umm, hey Hollweg where is your courage??
