Endy's NLCS catch nets TYIB award

The catch, considered by some to be as brilliant a postseason play as any, captured the Postseason Moment of the Year Award. More than 6.2 million votes were cast by fans on MLB.com in balloting that ended on Tuesday. The catch beat out Mark Kotsay's inside-the-park home run in Game 2 of the American League Division Series; Adam Wainwright's strikeouts of Carlos Beltran, to end the NLCS, and Brandon Inge, to end the World Series; David Eckstein's clutch double in Game 4 of the World Series; Paul Lo Duca's tags on two Dodgers baserunners -- on one play -- at home plate in Game 1 of the NLDS; Magglio Ordonez's pennant-clinching, walk-off home run in Game 4 of the ALCS; and the decisive ninth-inning home run by Molina in Game 7 to put the Cardinals in the World Series.
