Usually owners backing you up are the kiss of deaths for coaches but I believe Dolan and further more I THINK its a good idea to bring Isiah back. The players are just playing hard for him, you can see the difference from last year. Hopefully Dolan keeps his word and Isiah is back next year. BUT 1 thing I would NOT be opposed to is getting a new GM. I like Isiah as a coach but as a GM he is pretty bad aside from his draft picks which are excellent.

I will admit, the team's performance lately has surprised me, though I still wouldn't be surprised if they went through a big slump at some point in the second half. This team is playing far better under IT than under Larry Brown. Larry Brown as coach of the Knicks was one of the more ill-conceived coaching hires I've ever seen, especially at the price they paid for him. |

Yea, I dont know of many Knick fans that thought it would work. Everyone knew that the team we had was not an LB type of team.
As for Isiah, yea he needs to go as a GM, BUT he needs to stay in control of the draft. Because the guy has an eye for young talent. Lee, Nate, Frye, Balkman......Lee was the steal of that draft.... I really wish Jerry West would consider coming back after he retires from the Grizz this year......West working the trade lines and Isiah working the draft would be perfect
