Lucky Pats, i don't know how they could let him hold out for so long though.
Like you said, he really deserves big money. 10 INTs isn't something to joke about.

I think he deserves a major raise, but I can't stand it when players holdout when they get franchised or are in the last year of their contracts. I mean your not proving what a great player you are, if you're not on the field performing your art.
I too doubt he'll be here in 09, but stranger things have happened. The situation with Harrison makes me wonder what kind of impact it will have on the Samuel contract situation

It means that his opportunity shine all by himself in the backfield will be there. I just don't think it will matter, the Patriots have basically discarded everyone in similar situations.
