Are the Pats the best team in the AFC now?

with the offseason moves so far.

I'm a casual football fan (read, the pats are fun when they are good, but I don't pay much attention to the game when the pats suck), so i'm not big on the non-name players... but what I've heard of the guys they picked up, the Pats sound freaking loaded for next year.

Are they?
