Lets keep all the players who declare for the NBA Draft early in this 1 thread. No matter if its Oden, Durant or some other player, lets keep and discuss it in this thread.
Ill start it off with the 4 Florida JRs, they all declared for the Draft yesterday Noah, Horford, Green and Brewer will ALL enter the NBA draft. Noah, Horford and Brewer will all be top 15 picks and IMO Brewer is going to be the best of the bunch. As for Green he will be drafted but he should have went back to school for another year, I cant really blame him though because his stock wouldnt likely do anything but fall by going back to a bad Gators team next year. Green will likely be drafted in the mid-late 2nd round.

Good decision by Durant....Why risk getting injured next season in college and wonder what could have been.
This way he gets guranteed money and it is believed that Durant will get at least 25-30 million with NIKE if he signs a contract later on Plus the money from getting drafted Combined he is guranteed about 40 million, he would be dumb not to leave.

It appears OSU is losing all 3 stars
Quote:
Conley should be a top 15 pick Cooks stock dropped alot, was once thought to be a top 20 pick, now will probably be an early 2nd round pick

Wow, I am suprised Conley and Cook declaring.....I thought another year would have been good for them to polish up their game. If they would have stayed I think they may have gotten drafted higher next year.
As for Julian Wright a lot of teams will be going after him, and he is a for sure top pick. Any predictions when Conley will go? I have to say 9th or 10th.....

Georgetown's Green, Hibbert will submit names for NBA draft:

Too bad, I thought they could work some magic at Georgetown next season. I believe if they do stay, Georgetown would be one tough team to beat. You can't blame them though, they should be top picks....

Spencer Hawes, Freshman, U of WA has declared but will not sign an agent.
The 7 footer made first team newcomer to the PAC-10, but is a player of the year talent. He was hit with an injury so missed some time. Hopefully this is just a trial for him, as next year he would be a top five pick with a healthy season. This year he seems to be in the late teens.

Green is going to be a top 10 pick the kid has all the talent and his stock has just sky rocketed this year.
Hibbert is nice, but needs work still, his stock probably wouldnt be any higher than it is now anyway....should be a top 15 pick. Hawes needs to stay in school, IMO.....this draft is too deep and with all the big men coming out and all the other underclassmen declaring it doesnt make sense to me for him to come out. He doesnt have alot of hype around him at all right now with the scouts around the league.

Don't forget about Depaul's Sophomore forward Wilson Chandler and UCLA's Junior guard Arron Afflalo declaring.
To be honest these two decisions don't make much sense. I think Afflalo could have benefited playing another year, but he figures he got All American honors.....so that makes sense kind of I am a little stumped on Chandler coming out, he averaged about 15 pts, 7 rpg, which aren't mindboggling stats. However, he is a very good shot blocker. Would have been nice to see him come back and sharpen his game a little bit more. As for Hawe's I suggest he wait too...has to prove he can stay healthy I think all of these guys would be higher picks in next year's draft

USC Jr G/F Nick Young has announced he is leaving
I love this kid and would love to see him fall to the Knicks in the mid 20's He is a Josh Howard type of player and figures to go anywhere from 15-25

Greg Oden is not sure if he is declaring....His father said he was on Sataday, but his possible agent Mike Conley Sr. is not sure
Let the saga continue! I think it would be kind of foolish if he doesn't, Oden is suppose to go number 1.....even though I don't agree with it!

Im not a HUGE fan of Noah's game translating to the NBA real well. He will be a top 10 pick but I am not sure how good he will be. I dont see him being a star but he should be a solid role player.

Noah was what top 3 after last year's tourney?
It will be intriguing to see how high he goes after another year's worth of work.
