"Lowe" quality censorship by the Oilers

The Ryan Smyth trade has not been well received in Edmonton whatsoever.... And while fans should be allowed to vent to a degree (meaning no obscenity laden signs), the Oilers are cracking down on such venting.

A fan wore "Trade Lowe" on his hockey jersey and was forced to remove it by Oiler management.

Upon further scrutiny, Edmonton officials say that they did it for this fans protection.

To get an idea of what the players thought about it, nevermind the fans, Edmonton's 5 game losing streak, scored 3 goals in the past 3 games since the trade..

"The Cupboard is bare" is what the media is supposed to be making of it from what I have heard (this is from a fan in the states hearing through third parties). Injuries are piling up and there is no one to take the place of those injured.
