More "new" jersey's?

I saw a report a few weeks ago on TSN.ca that said the NHL would be unveiling new uniform designs at the All-Star break this season. These "new" designs aren't new artwork I don't think as-so-much new fabrication and design...

Though I have to wonder what's such a big deal about them that they had to make a press statement to begin with -- they will be unaffordable to the average fan, making the entire thing moot.

I've heard about this for a little while now. I think they will be like the NFL jerseys where they are "sucked in" and tight on the player.
