Once again, dog fighting is just as bad as shooting deers and other animals. Showing outrage over one and not the other is HYPOCRISY.

Hunting is a licensed & perfectly sane legal way of maintaining the wild animal population. Ducks Unlimited has helped keep wildlife prospering far more than the Sierra Club & their ilk have ever done. Killing dogs because they didn't perform in an illegal fight(in all 50 states) is tantamount to murder as its not a wild animal & covered even more so under animal cruelty laws.

Do you eat veal son? Have you even begun to hear about the conditions your "veal' lives in until harvesting? Vick makes that look humane!

Since you have obviously never done any real hunting & only seem to hold to what you "hear/see" in the media there is little use trying to reason with some one that has none.

FYI: when hunters go for trophies the animal carcas is either kept for food, given to the locals/guide or sold to the local butcher for use in his market.

I needed a vaction, and then work changed substantially. I'm over 50 hour weeks, plus two hours a day of commuting time. A few weeks ago I launched my own blog about Seattle Sounders FC and Life in Puget Sound. I won't be by these parts often as my focus has changed. Sorry about the unannounced retirement.
