I am not surprised that they sold the tickets that quickly.

I'm not suprised this game is doing well in London. But will London or any other European city support four games a year, every year? Especially when they get dog games like Lions-Raiders.

All of those would be obvious choices...

but would it have to be all cities outside the US???... for Example.. Honolulu

IMHO they would also have to have some way of scheduling the bye week for coushoning when it comes to any international travel for the players
16 EXHIBITION games (in and outside the US) woudl be great. I could see Atlanta playing a game in Birmingham, Tampa/Miami/Jacksonville playing a game in Orlando. Seattle vs. San Francisco from Nome, Alaska, etc. Exhibition gives the NFL a chance to "Expand" without expanding.

Canada can host more games too as they ARE aware of the NFL and do play (their own) version of the sport up north. I could see Calgary and Edmonton hosting games, or Vancouver... The stadiums aren't on par with NFL stadiums but then again -- a venue is a venue and exposure is what this is about.

There are PLENTY of cities that could host an NFL game due to the "Event" caliber of a game, but which cities will actually be able to draw a large attendance to follow a sport that contrasts the other football that most of the world knows... That's the crux.
