Proehl Likely Coming

Indianapolis Star was quoted saying The Colts are close to reinforcing their receiver corps with veteran Ricky Proehl. There was no announcement from the team, but Proehl's agent confirmed the sides were close and NBC said an agreement in principle had been reached.

Heh, maybe he'll provide some inside knowledge on how to beat the Panthers if they both get to the SB :P

He's a nice addition, possibly a very good one if the Dallas Clark injury turns out to be serious.

My team seemed to be on the bad side of one of his many clutch catches but its hard not to root for Proehl.
