Jaws does do the Eagles pre-season games. I wonder if he'll be allowed to keep that job. I do agree. Jaws does have to be more objective when he is on MNF. He's huge around here. He is on every news station atleast once a week during football season.

Jaws is great, and I personally like him.

But, don't you all think he is too much of a joker?

I mean Kornheiser clearly is, and I thought Theismann kept him in line fairly well. Will this turn into a comedy show with just Mike Tirico watching these two? I may be wrong, but it may happen....

Yeah that's a possibility. I actually didn't mind Dennis Miller, and the more laughter I get out of a game the better, as long as their is some knowledge.

I don't remember him acting that way with Vermeil during their MNF broadcast. I think Jaws will be fine.

Personally I never heard Jaws annouce much, so you guys probably know more than me about his announcing abilities

Anyway he did announce AFL games this season on ESPN, at least I heard him when I tuned in once

Jaws is part owner of the Philadelphia Soul. Jaws is pretty good. He knows his stuff, but he does get carried away sometimes during the Eagles pre-season broadcasts.
