Interesting All-Star Game Question!

This has been killing me.. ok let's hypothetically Shaq did get voted in by the fans this year to be the starting Center for the Eastern Conference.. he then gets traded to the Suns who are in the western conference.. what all-star team is shaq on?? or is he on one at all? If he stays on the east does he wear a heats jersey? has this happened before? help me!
