Well that game was pretty depressing.. It's quite a mountain the Preds have to try and climb. I mean, they have win the remaining games and I'm not sure that they can. Trotz is looking more and more like a man who will be on the hot seat if this finishes the way it looks like it might.

Without trying to sound all gloom and doom, the Predators are TOAST.

WORST CASE SCENARIO:

The Predators lose game 5 this Friday night to become eliminated by Satan, I mean Ron Wilson and his band of goons.

Barry Trotz and his coaching staff will get the axe this summer.

Our unrestricted free agents decide to sign elsewhere: Paul Kariya, Scott Hartnell, Kimmo Timonen, etc

Peter Forsberg walks away...

Remember, when Kariya was a Free Agent last -- no one even made an offer to him before Nashville. If he's loyal as well as not looking for a payday like he saw in Anaheim, I don't see him jumping ship

As for Forsberg - saw that coming at the time of his acquisition. REGARDLESS of what happene din the playoffs.
