Ashlee Simpson apparently lip-synced on Saturday Night Live, while Josh Groban lip-sycned at the MLB All-Star Game. Pavarotti lip-synced at the winter Olympics in Italy; he was really old and ailing at the time, so I forgive him for it. I guess none of the three did a good job of lip-syncing since all of them got caught.

Spain's Enrique Iglesias routinely refuses to sing without his band or equipment, causing some to question whether he always lip-syncs. Howard Stern and others believe that Iglesias doesn't even lip-sync to his own prior recordings. If true, that would make him the best lip-syncer I can think of; any person who can make tens of millions of dollars from lip-syncing to someone else's music is pretty darn good at it.
