In no order...
Jah Cure - True Reflections... A New Beginning Kanye West - Graduation Radiohead - In Rainbows The Shins - Wincing The Night Away LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver Common - Finding Forever I thought it was a really weak year for albums this year. I'm trying to formulate 'best of' lists for my web site and the 'Best Songs' was far easier to do than 'best albums'. I can usually find about 20 that I love, but not this year. |

It is odd, isn't it? I really like 'Raising Sand', and I was never a big Robert Plant fan. Not two voices I would have chosen to pair, but it works. |

I prefer music from the 20s, 30s and 40s. |

I will. The album got great reviews.
I've always liked two-part harmony singing, so it probably isn't surprising that I like the Plant/Krauss combination. I was a big Everly Brothers fan in my younger days, and Raising Sand has two old Everly numbers on it. Krauss does have a sweet voice. |
