Sep 27, 2007, 7:30 PM (ET) MONTREAL – The Canadiens close out the home portion of their preseason schedule tonight when they host the Boston Bruins at the Bell Centre. It’s the second straight meeting between the two clubs, with Guy Carbonneau’s squad skating away with a 4-3 win Sunday in Halifax. The Canadiens held their morning skate in Tremblant, before heading back to town for tonight’s contest. The team will draw the curtain on the preseason on Saturday night, when they visit the Senators in Ottawa.Cristobal gets the call: Cristobal Huet will go the distance tonight for a second time this preseason, having played the full 60 minutes last Saturday against the Senators. The 32-year-old allowed two goals on 19 shots in the loss. In four appearances, Huet has recorded a .904 save percentage and 2.40 goals-against average. Brisebois on skates: Patrice Brisebois has begun skating and could make his debut in either of the Canadiens’ two final preseason games. The veteran defenseman, who signed with the team as a free agent this summer, suffered a groin injury before training camp began, keeping him sidelined as a result. An eye on Plekanec: Tomas Plekanec grabbed the reigns Sunday against the Bruins, leading the Canadiens to their third preseason win in six games. The Czech center scored a natural hat trick, including two goals on the power-play, earning him first star honors.
