Default Carle out up to 8 weeks, Archer undergoing tests

The news isn't good for Canadiens defenceman Mathieu Carle. The 20-year-old has sprained ligaments in his left knee and will be out of action for up to eight weeks. Wearing a brace this morning, he said this is his first hockey injury of any significance, and is eager to begin rehabilitation.
Fellow defenceman Andrew Archer, who was bloodied in a fight Monday with Penguins' George Laraque, is at a Montreal hospital this morning undergoing tests for a facial injury.
We'll have audio from Carle, goalie Carey Price, new Canadien Bryan Smolinski, sparkplug Maxim Lapierre and others on Inside/Out early this afternoon.
