The Shamrock-Baroni meeting lived up to all its hype and anticipation as both fighters rushed out of the gates and attempted to draw first blood. Shamrock controlled the first round, bombing on his opponent with punches before dropping Baroni with a hard right hand.

Shamrock is now has a 22-8-1 MMA record. EliteXC is not that bad of an MMA company and I will be posting more news on it. Phil Baroni (10-8 MMA) is nothing that special though....
Although it sounded like a good fight to watch I must admit....
