Vikings vs Dolphins: Armchair

Just testing things out on the new board. I didn't see the game, but i heard the 4th quarter was a nightmare.

What happened?

Well. The D was lights out again. Allowed a total of -2 yards rushing all game. Childress, after a Winfield pick that he brought to the Dolphin 3, called a playaction pass on 1st down. Nice call but didn't work. The next two plays, stupidly, were dives to Chester. No lob to Robinson, no pitch out, just two straight dives behind Hutchinson. Dolphins were offside on the FG attempt and we had 4th and goal at the 1 foot line. Field goal.

The worst part was, down 11, we face 4th and 10 with :36 left and we DON'T KICK A FIELD GOAL. Wouldn't we need a score, onside recovery and score to tie it up anyway? Instead, we drive to the one yard line and, with one second on the clock. We run a HB dive to Taylor who scores. The announcers were just baffled and Childress, again, dodged questions at the press conference about his playcalling and decision not to go for the FG with time on the clock.
