The Vikings won a very exciting game over the Bears 34-31.
The Vikings were leading by two touchdowns with about 3:00 to go. The bears marched down the field and brought the vikings lead to 1 touchdown. On the Kickoff the Bears attempted a onside kick but failed to retrive the ball. The Vikings started their drive with 2:36 left. They got stopped and the Bears used up all of their timeouts. The bears got the all back with 1:47 left in the game. they started from their own 17 and got into the Viking's endzone with maybe a minute to go. that tied up the game. The bears Kicked off to Adrian Peterson and Peterson rturned it to the bears 40. The vikings used all 3 downs and brought the clock down to 5. Out came Longwell and he kicked the longest fieldgoal of his career to win it. The kick was a 55yd fieldgoal. What a Finish to this game. Fun Fact- All Touchdowns by all the teams were from 30yds or more out. None were in the Redzone.
