I was wondering what people in MN thought of KG. I'm sure they loved him a few years ago, but I have a feeling that the relationship might be a bit worn down by now.
The media began this whole propaganda about how he is frustrated to be playing in a losing team and the people and eventually him caught on to this idea. The word in LA this offseason is that the Lakers inquired about Garnett. I don't know how much of it is true, especially given the fact that I don't think the Lakers can fit Kobe and KG in their payroll. |

After what he said about Barkley I like him.
Responding to comments by Reggie Miller and Charles Barkley that he might and should be traded from the Timberwolves, Kevin Garnett let out some public criticism on Friday. "They ought to have a drug test before they let some of these people on TV, man," he said. "Alcohol tests, see their levels. Everybody has to blow in a Breathalyzer test before you can get on TV." Though speculation may continue to swirl (and may entirely be fueled by the media), it's hard to imagine KG going anywhere unless Minnesota falls way out of the playoff race.
