Post Postponement challenges Bucks

Quote:
As a rule, the National Basketball Association doesn't like to postpone a game. The Milwaukee Bucks don't like postponements, either, especially for a game on Saturday night, usually a well-attended event.

But bad weather in Oklahoma City forced the New Orleans / Oklahoma City Hornets to stay home and miss the game between the teams Saturday night at the Bradley Center.

Nevertheless, the decision to postpone the game came relatively late in the afternoon and left Bucks officials with little time to notify fans to stay home.

"It was tight timing," said John Steinmiller, the Bucks' vice president for business operations.
