Let see if we can get some discussion with this by puttng a spot light on the Brewers minor Leagues to look at who is the best players that are coming.
Alright let start at AAA down at Nashville. Manny Parra: With Gallardo getting to call to the Majors. Parra becomes the best pitcher at AAA and take his place as the Next Big Pitching prospect in line for the Majors although the Brewers have an even bigger Pitching Prospect in AA. Manny a Draft and follow signie of a few years ago has been one of the most pleasant developments of the season thus far in the minors has been striking out hitter one per inning this season and has a 3 to 1 K/BB ratio. Joe Thatcher: Joe is a southpaw middle reliver that move through the Minors fast and has averge over a strike Out per inning in his 2 years in the minors and it may not be long before he is here for left handed Power is something the Brewers badly needs. Tim Dillard: Time is one of them iffy guys that might become something but hasn't yet quit standed out yet that might get a cup of coffee some time down the line but in the end likely be a guy used to even out a trade in my option. Vinny Rottino: Vinny is a super Utilty guy that can hit and Catch but isn't likely to make it here tell next year. Zach Jackson: He having another fine season at AAA but starting to question his future here and in the Majors for he has yet to do anything to get you excited. Dennis Sarfate: Sarfate a Middle Reviever / Closer at AAA that is another power arm with Strike Outs but kind of being hold back have to battle with Luther Hackman for Saves. Steve Bray: Another Middle Reliver that get Strike Outs though his number are not as good as Thatcher or Sarfate but they still are improving so there is still hope there. Best of the rest: Brad Nelson, Drew Anderson, Calix Crabbe Last edited by 645; July 9th, 2007 at 04:33 PM. |

Alright on to AA Huntville.
Will Inman: Starting off with that pitcher that I stated was better then Parra and may be equil to Gallardo if not better. Will the 3rd round pick of 2005 draft is quickly becoming the king of the bear-down tough situations as Opponents are hitting .154 againt him this season with runners in scoring position. Although it is a rear thing becouse of his insane overall numbers as he has in his year in the minors strike out 182 hitters in a 147 innings with an ERA in the numberhood of 1.80 and K/BB ratio of 5 1/2 to 1. Alcides Escobar: Alcides is a desent hitter but he is a long way away for he is only 21 and he does need more time to get better but he is viewed as the secound best prospect at AA behind Inman. Hernan Iribarren: The Brewers have been trying to keep Alcides and Hernan together and the funny thing is Hernan's middle name is Alcides and he is another pritty good hitter though his averge is down this season. Lou Palmisano: Sweet Lou an old time forgoten Prospect after 2 season hitting around .250 but is finaly coming back to a prospectdom as he is hitting .291 this season. Other Players of Note: Michael Brantley, Steve Hammond, Brendan Katin, Steve Moss, Steve Sollmann, Marino Salas |

Alright now a look at the deap Brevard County Manatees of Class A who has 4 of the Top 10 Prospect in the Brewers systom.
Angel Salome: The Brewers Top catcher in the Minors and the Brewers 2nd best Prospect behind Inman in the Minors. He good Hitter and he has a Strong Arm but needs to work on his overall catch & throw skills but he is said to have a similar build & overall profile to a Ivan Rodriguez. Lorenzo Cain: Lorenzo is a raw talent but it is a little too raw right now as his game still needs some work but he needs to hit the weight room hard this offseason for his .330 slugging isn't going to cut it. Cole Gillespie: Cole is a pritty dam Player Although he has been streaky this year. Matt Gamel: Matt's stock is on a rise thanks to a 33-game hitting streak. Darren Ford: He is having a very good season where the RBI's keep on adding up. Robert Hinton: A Middle Reliver who started off AA but did not do to well and is trying to get back on track here in Brevard County. Mark Rogers: A Power Arm but I really don't like his injury history. Others of Note: Chris Errecart, Steve Garrison, Mike McClendon, Yohannis Perez, Chris Cody, E.J. Shanks, David Welch |

Alright, Onto the Power. The West Virginia Power that is.
Jeremy Jeffress: I just herd the other day he is a young Doc Gooden and I tell that is a good player to be compaired to. Brent Brewer: The Brewers #2 last season has quickly become the Top infield Prospect as he is progressing faster then expected for he isn't as Raw as they thought. Others of Note: Charlie Fermaint, Zach Braddock, Steve Chapman, Taylor Green, Alex Periard, Luis Ramirez, Andy Bouchie, |
