Bill Hall deal discussed

The Brewers are discussing a three-or four-year deal with arbitration eligible Bill Hall.

They also talked earlier this winter about a multiyear deal for Chris Capuano, but it appears that they're focusing on Hall at the moment. Both players are three years away from free agency. If the Brewers want to buy away one of Hall's free agent seasons, a four-year, $24 million deal is realistic.
