The Brewers invited a catcher from their system, Andy Bouchie, to attend their spring training camp as a non-roster player, bringing to seven the number extended invitations.

With all of the pitchers in camp, you need as many catchers as possible to handle them, so Bouchie, 22, will join the group. He was a seventh-round draft pick in 2006 out of Oral Roberts University.
