It wouldn't surprise me if the Brewers go to spring training in February with pretty much the roster they have now.

That way, they could go through spring training and get a better feel on whether Ryan Braun has made enough improvement at third base to stay there.

It would also give the Brewers an entire spring training to sort out their surplus of starting pitching. Holding on to their starting pitching would also cover them with enough depth in case a starter or two were to get hurt during spring training. Plus, healthy competition for jobs is a good thing.
