Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal helped Miami police catch a hit-and-run driver who struck O'Neal's SUV outside a Florida home.
O'Neal was unloading luggage from his Escalade when it was struck by a car driven by Emmnueo Cibrin, 18. O'Neal and his bodyguard saw Cibrin leaving the scene, and leapt into the damaged sport utility vehicle to give chase. They tailed Cibrin and passenger Junior Rondon the vehicle to a gas station where Shaq found an officer to issue traffic citations to the driver. ''He was going to stop, but then we saw the Escalade chasing us,'' Rondon said. ``We got scared and kept driving, you know? Of all the people. I mean, damn.''
