Ideal starting rotation?

what do you think is the best 1-2 combination in baseball(starting pitching)?

if clemens goes back to houston, then oswalt-clemens
santana and liriano when he comes back if he comes back healthy
but for now i thinnk i might have to go with Harden and Haren
