my prediction for bonds career HR stat will probaly be sadly around 803 i think he will push himself to 800 homeruns and then retire after he finally gets it

I'll say 2008 will be his last year, at the end of the 2008 season he will be 44. And if I had to guess I would say he ends up just shy of 790. That's based on the mid 30's in homeruns I think he will put up this season and in the low 20's in 2008.

I think all this is just hype from his agent trying to get that second year on his contract.

Why do all of you dislike mojo? All I remember about her was that her posts were really long, but other than that, I don't see anything wrong with her.

I do not see 1,000 home runs being within Barry Bonds reach. I do see him breaking Hank Aaron's home run record, and where he lands after that, I simply do not know. But I cannot see him reaching 1,000, or even 900.

What did happen to mojo, niki and the other half of Baseball BBQ/MLB regulars? Surely they're not toiling away in vain on Scout...

Keep in mind that the move was largely a word-of-mouth affair, and it's the offseason besides.

Good to be seeing you hereabouts, Nat.
