Most hated fans in baseball...

These 3 in no particular order:
Phillies
Red Sox
Giants

in my opion

I've been to a number of Giants games and the fans there are polite, cheerful, and positive. I can't imagine why anyone would hate them.

Phillies fans are loud and negative, but friendly to outsiders. They know their baseball.

The only fans I've found genuinely unpleasant, I'm sorry to say, are Red Sox fans.

Despite the ALEast's hate for the RedSox, I just don't think that there is any outside of Balt, NY, and maybe Toronto.

As for the Giants...why would you hate them? I mean really. They have a history that is rather long, are among the most polite fans in the world, and yet still support their team. To blame millions for Barry is rather absurd.

Hated Fans are the Yankees...and the Yankees.

No I think he is just posting the truth. It is well known that the Yankees and there fans are hated by many people. I would also say they have the most hated fans.

Well adding to the obvious at 1 and 2(Yanks and Red Sox), for me #3 would have to be Angel fans. Alot of the ones I've met in person and a good majority of the ones I have met online have been just as bad as the above two.

I would have to go with the same three too. Most of the fans from those teams are too hard to satisfy no matter what the team does. They'll find something to complain about.

1. Yankees
2. Phillies
3. Red Sox

I can see why Cardinals fans would hate us because of booing Scott Rolen and throwing batteries at J.D. Drew, but otherwise we behave most of the time.

I've taken the family up to Philly the past 2 seasons for some Nats games and we've never encountered any problems. Beautiful park, btw.
