Well it looks like the Helton trade won't happen, which would have been a surprise. So, what signing or trade was the least expected or most surprising?

me it would probaly either be Eric Gange to the Rangers or Zito to the Giants.

Freddy Garcia trade surprised alot of people, considering the Phillies had 5 starters at the time.
