Could Manny Ramirez have been the greatest hitter of all time, if he had approached the game with a disciplined and even-tempered attitude? Could psychiatric tratment and maybe psychiatric drugs have helped?

I can't say. But either way, maybe if Manny wasn't "being Manny" he wouldn't be as good. And as bighead points out I don't think his dopeyness has ever seeped into his hitting. |
