Beimel Hearing Friday
Riverside Press Enterprise (scroll down) (registration required): "A salary arbitration hearing for reliever Joe Beimel has been scheduled Friday to decide whether he earns the $1.25 million he is seeking in 2007 or the $912,500 the team offered. The sides could still reach an agreement before then, but negotiations have stalled."
