Cane across this article by Scott Miller of CBS Sportsline, and I could not stop laughing after reading the story. It has to do with Brian Cooper, Matt Wise, Jarrod Washburn and the way that Mike Scioscia goes about managing his team. Here's a quick tidbit:

A few years back, Scioscia quizzed Brian Cooper, who pitched for the Angels from 1999-2001, about his hobby during one of these meetings.

Coop, who knew about the manager's "fishing" expeditions, responded that he didn't have any hobbies.

Wrong answer.
