Not that i'm just talking to myself but to send down a .330 hitter with speed seems like a brillant move just to showcase a 39 year old guy who no one has a need for......

The only move they could even remotely make would be to maybe send Reggie to the Twins and pick up 1/2 his salary for some single A clown to fill a hole.

Gathright should've been on the team all year. Emil and Sanders should've been gotten rid of a long time ago.

I'm not sold on Gath as an everyday player. He's started to show that he gets on base well enough, but he has absolutely no power, and doesn't run the bases all that well. He's fast, but he's just not a good baserunner or basestealer. That's not enough. If he can get on AND steal bases, fine, but right now I just see him as a fourth outfielder and nothing more.
