Guillen's Suspension........

I heard at one time he was going to appeal it about a month ago but i hadn't heard any updates about this since then....

Anyone heard anything else in 2008 regarding this?

The appeal hasn't been heard by an arbitrator yet. That'll happen pretty soon, I'd imagine.

I'm betting that his suspension is at least reduced (to a week to ten days, I'd guess) with an outside shot that it's entirely dismissed. MLB is taking a very "leave the past behind and move one" attitude since the Mitchell report.
