Future Chiefs QB?

Honestly Trent Green does not have much longer to go before he will hit retirement. Who would you like to see the Chiefs go after as their QB of the future. I know Huard had a few good games but he is defenitly not the future QB of this team. I wish there was some way that the Chiefs could go after Troy Smith from Ohio State. That guy looks like the whole packedge, mobile but can hit a target.

well they did draft Brodie Croyle in the 3rd round this past draft...

Troy Smith? They have more important needs to address than qb, considering they have a pro bowler quaterback and a very nice "manage-the-game" quaterback, and Croyle. If they are to address anything on offense, it'd be a play-making receiver, or a backup te/fb.

Honestly I can't believe so many people are giving up on Brodie before he takes a regular season snap. Maybe I'm biased because not only am I a Chiefs fan but a Bama fan as well...

Regardless..we need DT in the off season. If they go after Amobi Okoye that's coming out of Louisville at age 20 we will have a beast for a DT. He's already a beast for them. And by the time he reaches regular rookie age he will already be a vet.

We have more pressing issues than QB in the draft guys...We are set at guard but we need tackles...not to mention a #1 WR which we are in dyer need of.
