RIP Lamar Hunt...
Unacceptable that there isn't a thread in honor of the best owner the NFL has ever had on the Chiefs board!!!!
RIP Lamar... Thank you for everything you have done. As a Broncos fan I love to dislike the Chiefs, but I have always respected Lamar Hunt. What a great human being.

I think right now they are waiting on the NFL to approve a sticker for their helmets. I really wish they would have gone with a patch for their jersey's. It would have been really nice for all the former AFL teams to wear a patch in honor of the man who founded that franchise.

Condolences from the Philly area on the passing of Lamar Hunt. He was a pioneer of football, and actually a graduate of The Hill School, about 30 miles northwest of Philly. He did alot for the game, and the Kansas City Chiefs. RIP.
