Jamaal Tinsley's shooting has often been conspicuous this season.

Wednesday, it was conspicuous by its absence.

A 39 percent shooter overall and a 31 percent shooter from 3-point range, Tinsley attempted just one field goal in 24 minutes in the Indiana Pacers' victory over Memphis.

He had little choice but to take that one, getting a breakaway layup on a down-court pass.

"It was a game I really didn't have to score, I guess," Tinsley said. "Just looking to get people open."

One week earlier, Tinsley attempted 26 shots against Seattle. Two nights before that he took 24 against Golden State.
