Briere to Montreal?

According to many internet rumor sites as well as Montreal newspapers, Buffalo forward and co-captain Daniel Briere is likely to become a Habs player this summer. According to the "Journal de Montreal" the Montreal Canadiens would be willing to pay 1-2 million more than most teams to get him to come play in Montreal.

No idea if more millions will be a good enough bait to get him to sign.
