I don't know why he would want to return or even consider it after the way he badmouthed the Packers while in Denver. Plus he is pretty bad off injury wise now. It seems like he wants to crawl back to the place that he had the most success at. Quite frankly I don't think Packer fans would even welcome him back, and I doubt they would even consider it at this point. The only reason he would want to return is because the Packers are winning in my opinion, and his Broncos had a difficult season...

Ahman Green
Javon Walker Na'il Diggs Najeh Davenport Robert Ferguson What do these guys all have in common? They're all part of the "injury proned house cleaning" by Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy. I was very glad to see Ferguson go.

Agreed, Ferguson was so useless it wasn't even funny! I was surprised the Packers actually kept him that long because in my opinion he was given enough years to prove worthy, but he never did.
I used to think Najeh would be the running back of the future after Ahman went down, but then Najeh got injured like the next game I recall. Anyway he's been fairly productive coming off the bench for William Parker recently in the league.

That's 100% correct, JoseA.. Javon couldn't wait to leave GB for a winning team so he could thumb his nose at us. Now that he's on a losing team and oft injured, he wants to bail for another good team so he can take the easy way to a possible title rather than live up to the expectations for him on his current team. Javon's motto seems to be: Ask not what Javon can do for you, but rather, ask what you can do for Javon". (With deepest apologies to JFK) I was sooooooo happy when we let him go. Loser. My guess is he'll try to hook up with Dallas, Indy or NE. He'd be a great pairing with T.O. in Dallas. |
