Frontpage, Link Exchanges, RSS Feeds and Syndication

If anyone has notice, FanHome.com now has a real front page. I mean a real real frontpage.

If you want to go to the main forum index -- just click on the FORUM INDEX link under the GET INSIDE graphic. Or if you need to navigate to a sport -- use the top navigation menu or the links provided in the first paragraph.

Some of you may notice there are a bunch of links on the right hand sidebar. That's our link network for FanHome. If you have a site that you would like added to the Link Network, let me know (and not Myspace profiles. We have a myspace for myspace profile exchanges after all). All we ask is that you link back to us or one of our sport specific areas (baseball.fanhome.com, hockey.fanhome.com, basketball.fanhome.com, moresports.fanhome.com, football.fanhome.com).

How many are having issues with the right sidebar dropping down to the bottom of the screen? If you are please PM me or post here.

We would definitely appreciate suggestions on how we can make the navigation more convenient for those who access the site from the frontpage. I'm also thinking of something like an easy navigation bar. I actually think that the one Scout has is pretty good

The initial immediate purpose of the frontpage is to provide a more welcoming entrance into the FanHome community for new visitors and to provide us with a place to link to other great sites. We'll also keep it updated from time to time with commentary and other tidbits to draw people in.
