Alright, The Pitchers

Jenks ADP is 92 and Carmona is 103 and although Carmona is underrated there but so is Jenks so you would not be gaining anything there and giving up Jenks would make you weak at closer.

Then for the Hitters, Ichiro and Berkman Averge Draft Possition is about the same but Ichiro is proply ranted there but Berkman is badly overrated there.

So it is a deal that looks fair on the serface but really is not a good deal for you.

It is notable that the Seattle Manager (John McLaren) want Ichiro to run about 80 times this year. If if his CS goes up, if this happens you will see Ichiro with over 50 SB

Hmm, thanks for the advice. But don't you think that I'm more in need of homers than SBs?
Also, SVs can be scavenged off the waivers, right?

That is true. Anything can be scavenged off the waivers including Home Runs.

If we where in Augest right now and you where saying your place in SB and Ave was safe and you only need a few Home Runs to gain 4 Points and you are saying this the best you can come up with I'd say going ahead and do but it's not augest. It is March and the season has not even started and the is alot of time to deal with what you think you need.

Sure you may need Home Runs and you may be right to try and address that but I would be so open to be giving away value when it is far to early to be doing that. and it would send a message to the league that you are weak Trader and can be had and you don't want to do that.

It's a long season and you don't have to win it all in march. There will be guys you can pick up. Right now it better being the team with the most value then the team with the Bast balance for balance can be found along the way.

Plus, consider if this was a live draft or not.

If it was a live draft you picked the guys you like. What has changed since then?

If not, then more trades are definately common.

I just wouldn't give away overall talent for a scoring category until June.

I'm over 50 hour weeks, plus two hours a day of commuting time. A few weeks ago I launched my own blog about Seattle Sounders FC and Life in Puget Sound. I won't be by these parts often as my focus has changed. Sorry about the unannounced retirement.
