Default Jadsbl

Not sure if this is the proper forum to post this, and if it isn't, feel free to delete it or move it to the proper forum.

The JADSBL is a players league that is powered by OOTP6.5, a program I am sure most of you have heard of.

In most OOTP leagues, you get to be the general manager of a real sports team. However, the JADSBL is a players league. We have 8 teams, all ran by a general manager. Basically, you can create up to 3 players. Those players will be randomly generated, outside of their basic information. In the beginning, all players will be entered into the inaugural draft.

As the player, you can negotiate your own contract, set your own personal strategies, and even improve yourself! By attending live sims, writing articles, etc., you earn points that can be used to give your player a brighter future or improve his overall ratings.

Just Another Damn Simulation Baseball League is the website. Take a look around, browse the forums. If you have any questions, register on the forums and ask around.

Thanks for your time, and hopefully we see some of you in the league!

Funny. If you're still around when the anti-christ rules the earth, you're in big trouble. Me? I'll be taken up in The Rapture.

Me? I'm not a pre-milennialist, so I'm not sure that the Rapture even belongs in Christian doctrine.

I'm a pre-millennial minimalist. Say that 5 times fast.

Not that I'm a fan of Joisey, but really, the only places in NJ that are WORSE than Reading, PA, are Newark and Camden, which are third-world cities.

Essentially, it is the belief that we are in the "end times," or the period just before Christ's 2nd coming. The 2nd coming is said to be scheduled to last 1000 years, hence the "pre-millenial" monker.

In specific reference to the Rapture, you can see more here: Rapture - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I know all about the end times. I read the Left Behind series. Fiction, I know, but informative just the same. I believe we are living in that time.
