He jsut acknowledged his stuff tonight...

We're in no huge rush.... we're trying to keep this friendly and cool since this is intended to be a long time keeper league... it's a weekend.... and the begining of this thing... we have to show some tolerance... especially considering we have just had our first ownership change

well Dave, I have no problem with tolerance and I do most of the time.

But I'm eager to get going and make my first pick and knowing it coming up soon and we have waited 4 days on this one gets to me a little bit knowing I could be picking right now if we hold to the limit and that could be another 3 days if everyone uses there limit.

I agree there is no huge rush but I still wish every try to rush a little. To take the time before hand to get an idea of the players that might be there for them when they pick that they might like to target so that they don't have to take there whole day to deside. I do already.

I do admit it is just me but I should feel better once I can get my first pick behind me.

Ummm....guys?? I'm not sure just how this happened, but I was under the impression this whole time that DD was recruiting for a BASEBALL League. Being directed to this Forum tonight was the very first inkling I had that it was a Football draft.

Entering another Baseball league at this point would be easy -- I have all my draft boards ready and could drop right in to this league with nary a delay. If I asked myself to evaluate and draft FOOTBALL players this early (and I do mean E-A-R-L-Y), I'd have little time for anything else, and I'd make you guys wait unnecessarily.

So, I'm sorry for the mix-up, but it's probably best if I don't take over RTT's team. Please go to the next alternate, or someone pick *for* the team and assign an owner later.
