Gonna go with the Inca city. My memory from my past lives is always getting lousy seats at the Colosseum, the gladiators looked like insects, you could hardly see the blood and guts at all. The mead was overpriced and watery, it cost a big pile of denari to park your chariot...and that business that Caligula started where you had to buy seperate tickets for your slaves and handmaidens....it got to be too huge a ripoff.

Just shore up South Korea, which has been a pretty good democractic success story as well as a fine US ally over the years, and try and keep the damn North Koreans pinned up in their own little corner of the world. N. Korea is the most preposterously totalitarian state on the planet. Not much we can do about their nukes other than threaten them with extinction if they start using them.

That would vary from person to person depending upon the individual pathology in question. Some might be horrified by the endless dullness, repetition and absense of socializing which comes with working a toll booth. Others might find that better than some job which calls for great physical exertions.
For me, the worst job is the one that I have regardless fo what it is. I've never made any sort of secret that I am not the one who would be selected as the poster boy for the work ethic. I've liked my jobs that I have had in direct relationship to the amount of goof off time I was able to arrange and sustain. My philosophy stems from the realization that no one ever has a tombstone which reads "I wish I had worked a lot more." |

If a train was moving west at 24 mph and a train moving east 17 mph started 192 miles apart, how many people could JoseA eat with a straw?
